Shipbuilding has mainly been carried out at our own yard, but cost-effective production, appropriate organisation and work methods enable us to build vessels internationally. This is achieved by focusing on innovative technological solutions, a high level of expertise within project management and effective logistics, and pre-outfitting techniques.

ENGINEERING FACILITIES
Ulstein Group is an experienced supplier and coordinator of engineering for specialised vessels within the offshore support, heavy offshore and shortsea segments. Services provided include basic design, detail engineering, system integration, project management and site supervision.

STRATEGIC CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR FLEET RENEWAL AND VESSEL INVESTMENT
Ulstein Group has developed a structured systematic business development methodology to guide decision-making process. Performed in collaboration with the customer and relevant experts, the Ulstein Accelerated Business Development (ULSTEIN ABD) process takes approximately one to two months from start to finish. The facilitator guides participants, following a pre-set structure that is flexible enough for individual adaptations.
