The offshore wind industry is going through the same development cycle as the offshore oil and gas industry did about thirty years ago. Ulstein firmly believes that the experiences gained by and in the oil and gas industry can enable the offshore wind industry to lower the cost of sustainable energy at a much quicker rate than currently envisaged.
